On Constructions were engaged by Western Sydney Local Health District to carry out a Refurbishment to the existing Dental X-Ray Ward to ensure the space is compliant for the new Planmeca ProX Ceiling Mounted X-Ray Units.
The project entailed the installation of uni-strut structural support systems within the ceiling space to install & support the new X-Ray systems, PB Radiation Shielding installation, Extended glazed partitioning & Electrical Body Protection Upgrade throughout the ward.
The project was granted both Structural Engineering & Radiation Shielding Compliance upon project handover to the client allowing the students to use the space & X-Ray units upon their return to the ward post uni break.
